They say it takes 21 days to break a habit. So I figure it takes double the amount to break an addiction. Unfortunately my relationship with sugar is no walk in the park. It is a damn addiction. This blog follows my rehabilitation. While I'm at it I have cut out coffee and alcohol too.
Don't you go think that this is a plan to lose weight - I make sure to fill the chocolate void with plenty of other foods!
It all ends the 12th of May. May time travel fast.
